Do I need insurance?

Yes, you will need hired equipment insurance to rent from us. This can be your own policy or we can help set this up at an additional cost. In some cases we may accept a deposit for the items instead. Please see our insurance page (https://www.cinehire.co.uk/insurance)for more guidance.

What are your opening hours?

We are open 7 days a week. 
Standard operating hours are 9am-6pm
Extended operating hours on request are 6am-10pm.

I am driving, is there anywhere to park?

Yes, there is ample parking for cars and vans.

Do you offer long term rentals?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can offer rentals for any length of time. Discounts are available for longer rentals, contact us for a more accurate quote

What if I need the equipment for longer?

Accepted Answer

Rentals can be extended at the standard rate so long as the equipment isn’t due to be booked out for anyone else. If you think you may need to extend or are unsure of your return date, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

What if the equipment gets lost or damaged?

Accepted Answer

Our full damage policy is detailed in the rental agreement. Please inform us and your insurance company as soon as possible. If the equipment was stolen, report it to the police immediately. You or your insurance company will be liable for the repair cost or replacement cost of the item(s).

Can you deliver?

Yes delivery is possible at an additional cost. Please mention this when making your enquiry.
